We collaborated with Stree F&B, a rapidly expanding supplier of coffee makers and accessories for cafés, restaurants, hotels, and corporate offices, to expedite growth and streamline operations. Together, we developed a Multi-agent Ai Agent automated workflow that guarantees efficiency, scalability, and improved customer happiness by streamlining the complete customer journey, from lead generation and sales to post purchase contact.

Challenge

Stree F&B struggled to find high-intent prospects and maintain regular follow-ups across both sales and support channels as a result of the increasing volume of business leads. Dependence on manual procedures led to fragmented visibility into client interactions, ineffective lead qualification, and delayed responses. These restrictions inhibited operational scalability and slowed down sales growth, making it challenging to keep up with the business's quick expansion and growing client needs.

Objective

The objective of this project was to build a fully automated sales and engagement ecosystem orchestrated by autonomous Ai Agent agents, enabling scalable growth across every stage of the customer journey. It is designed to generate and qualify high-intent leads, boost conversion rates, and minimize manual sales and support effort. By enabling personalized, scalable communication and providing centralized visibility into customer data and interactions, the system ensures efficiency, consistency, and long-term business success.

Solution

We built an Ai Agent agent based automation workflow for Stree F&B, driving measurable improvements in sales and customer engagement. High-intent leads from cafés, restaurants, hotels, and offices were enriched with Ai Agent tools for accurate insights. An Ai Agent intelligence layer scored leads as Hot, Warm, or Cold, highlighting pAi Agent n points and best approaches. Using Microsoft Copilot Studio, multi-agent systems managed inquiries, orders, support, and upselling, while all conversations across emAi Agent l and WhatsApp were logged in Business Central for full visibility.
