Challenge

High-intent leads from cafés, restaurants, hotels, and offices were enriched with AI tools for accurate insights. An AI intelligence layer scored leads as Hot, Warm, or Cold, highlighting pain points and best approaches. Using Microsoft Copilot Studio, multi-agent systems managed inquiries, orders, support, and upselling, while all conversations across email and WhatsApp were logged in Business Central for full visibility.
